Delicious food and a nice atmosphere. Meals average $30-35 minimum. I orders fettuccine carbonara added mushrooms and it was delicious. My partner ordered a ‘full-size’ schnitzel which was HUGE. We will be back!

I can’t wait to try this place after it’s been taken over by new management and renamed. Settebello in newton was one of my favourite places to eat, best bolognese and food never disappoints!! Putting 5 stars because I’m sure it would be 5 stars

Sunday night celebration with large family group was amazing. Spectacular Schnitzel’s so moist and huge enough to share with 2 - 3 people, which they happily divided on separate plates. Marianne looked after our table with efficiency and charm. Her warmth and friendliness , added to a very enjoyable night.

Meals are always huge and great value. Kids pizza is a 9”, comes with an icecream too! Giant schnitzel was tender and fully loaded. Everything was fresh and fast Service was very friendly and helpful Thankyou Lucas Would definitely recommend

Amazing family orientated restaurant! super lovely staff. We ordered two big mains and planned to share with our 18 month old since he wouldn’t eat a full kids meal, and when the owner saw, he brought out a bowl of chips for him. Colouring in sheets & pencils, too. The food was so delicious — we had the big schnitty with mushroom gravy and a carbonara. Both were fantastic! Their weekly specials are awesome too. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making a rare dinner out with our toddler super lovely.

I wish I could upload the photos of our food but honestly next thing we knew we polished our plates!!! Not only was the staff excellent (to giving a sticker to our 5yo who tripped, and some colouring in paper and pencils), and to the one who seemed to have just as much fun with the Parmesan cheese wheel as what we did! The food tasted amazing, amazing portion size and brilliant staff and atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful Friday night family dinner

So happy this place has opened in Golden Grove! We have been to the Newton one many a time and this one is just as good!! Food is absolutely amazing and the owner is so lovely, he checked on everyone's meals and made the cheese wheel pasta for us at our table. Highly recommend!! So glad to have a quality restaurant nearby - well worth a try if you've never been (you'll be back)
